  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with virtual event and travel logistics
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using standard office software
  • Support vendor relationships, including tracking invoices and service agreements
  • Assist with onboarding logistics such as equipment setup and office access for new hires
  • Identify opportunities to improve office processes and recommend practical solutions

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1 year of administrative, office support, or customer service experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, including Word, Excel, and Outlook or Gmail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organization and time management with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to work independently and stay productive in a remote environment
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home workspace
  • Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match
  • Generous paid time off and paid holidays
  • Fully remote work with flexible scheduling options
  • Home office equipment provided or stipend offered
  • Internet and phone reimbursement
  • Paid parental leave
  • Professional development and career growth opportunities
  • Employee assistance program and wellness resources
